At our gym, the only requirement is that you want to train. We never force participation, effort, or progression. Our role is to support, guide, and empower each person who chooses to walk through our doors. Whether you are an athlete yourself or a parent or carer advocating for someone else, it is essential to understand that training here is always voluntary and self-directed.

Everyone who trains with us is recognised as an athlete. Competing is optional—there is no expectation to enter events, pursue competition, or achieve any target beyond personal goals. We are committed to meeting individuals where they are and supporting them every step of the way, whatever their aspirations may be. Our environment is built on respect, autonomy, and progress, ensuring that all athletes can develop at their own pace and in their own way.
