CrossFit defines virtuosity as “doing the common u CrossFit defines virtuosity as “doing the common uncommonly well.” 

This month we’ve taken the RX mindset away and shifted the focus onto movement quality and growth. In competition, an air squat is often judged on just two points of performance:
✅ Ankles, knees and hips fully extended 
✅ Hips below knees 

But at CrossFit Time Keeper we want every point of performance to matter. A true growth mindset means chasing better movement, not just meeting the minimum standard.

Our members were assessed on FIVE points of performance in the air squat, each worth one point per rep. They performed five air squats on camera and received a score out of 25.

Now the work begins. Each athlete will receive coaching, drills and movements to focus on over the next month. We can’t wait to see the improvements everyone makes.

£2 entry. Prize fund currently at £46. Most improved takes it all 💪
