CrossFit is a generalised fitness program — deliberately broad and inclusive. We train for capacity, not aesthetics.

At our gym, we measure work capacity:
Your ability to produce power.
Move heavy loads.
Cover long distances.
Do it fast.

That’s why our benchmark workouts are completed as prescribed (RX) — with standardised weights, distances, and times. Because performance only means something when it’s measurable.

We don’t chase heart rate spikes, VO₂ max numbers, body weight, or body fat percentages. Those are correlations — not causations — of fitness.

We measure output.

How heavy did you lift?
How fast did you move?

If those improve, the rest follows.

You can spike your heart rate on a roller coaster — but that doesn’t make you fitter. Intensity without measurable performance is just noise.

So ask yourself:
Is your training tracking performance?

If not — it should be.

Our CrossFit Hierarchy of Development just got stronger — we’ve added an essential base layer: RECOVERY.

Because progress isn’t built on training alone. Our programming is based around this hierarchy.

Here’s the breakdown:

Recovery (Sleep + Rest)
The true foundation. Muscle repair, hormone regulation, nervous system reset. No recovery = no adaptation.

Nutrition
Fuel for performance and body composition. Quality intake supports energy systems, strength development, and recovery capacity.

Metabolic Conditioning
Engine work. Developing aerobic capacity, anaerobic power, and resilience across time domains.

Gymnastics
Mastery of bodyweight control. Strength-to-weight ratio, coordination, stability, and movement efficiency.

Weightlifting + Throwing
External load expression. Power production, force development, speed under load.

Sport
The application layer. Expressing fitness through competition, play, and real-world performance.
