Today’s stimulus was all about controlled intensity and repeatable effort:

⏱ Shuttle runs in :45–1:00
🏀 1:00+ work windows for wall-ball shots
💥 Target: 12+ reps per round
🚀 Top performers pushed 35 reps every round. Well done @stubo_jackson 

This is where engine meets skill — managing fatigue on the runs and staying composed under the ball. Consistency across rounds was the focus.
