We offer premium 1:1 personal training built around fully adapted coaching for teenagers and adults with physical, cognitive, sensory, or behavioural needs.
CrossFit Time Keeper delivers a comprehensive adaptive training environment designed for adults with varied physical, cognitive, or sensory requirements who want more than standard gym support. Our coaches specialise in modifying movements, equipment, and programming to meet individual ability profiles while maintaining the intensity, structure, and community that define CrossFit.
Whether the goal is to build strength, improve functional capacity, or take part in local and national adaptive competitions, we provide the expertise, safety framework, and performance-driven coaching to help you progress with confidence. Our facility is fully inclusive, competition-minded, and committed to enabling every athlete to train hard, achieve measurable results, and experience the full competitive spirit of CrossFit.

At our gym, the only requirement is that you want to train. We never force participation, effort, or progression. Our role is to support, guide, and empower each person who chooses to walk through our doors. Whether you are an athlete yourself or a parent or carer advocating for someone else, it is essential to understand that training here is always voluntary and self-directed.
Everyone who trains with us is recognised as an athlete. Competing is optional—there is no expectation to enter events, pursue competition, or achieve any target beyond personal goals. We are committed to meeting individuals where they are and supporting them every step of the way, whatever their aspirations may be. Our environment is built on respect, autonomy, and progress, ensuring that all athletes can develop at their own pace and in their own way.
