Our CrossFit group classes involve Metabolic Conditioning, Gymnastics and Weightlifting.
Metabolic conditioning
Involves high intensity training with a focus on cardio.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a great way to improve strength and agility. You’ll be trained through a combination of body weight training and bar work, including handstands, pull ups and bar muscle ups.
Weight lifting
Expect Olympic lifts such as the Snatch, Clean and Jerk as well as powerlifting movements such as the Deadlift.
Variety is key, which is what makes CrossFit so effective. So, look forward to engaging in constantly varied, high intensity, and functional movements that will have you achieving your goals in no time.
