We provide small group training, one-on-one personal training, and nutritional coaching. Everything we do is designed to help you efficiently reach your strength and fitness goals in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Our program is highly coached and highly skilled f Our program is highly coached and highly skilled focus. This focus goes from the major to the minor details.

We are moving from a hip extension focus for our Olympic lifting program to a full arm lock out focus for our athletes.

We have sessions every Friday as part of our membership to help people dial in their olly lifting.

Coach Leighton also has a two hour session on Saturday mornings. These sessions provide time for him to focus on individual athletes and provide our members with 121 training plans around Olympic lifting specific to their needs and goals.
